The name Anscombe is one that has been associated with Spedeworth for quite a number of years, with brothers Steve and Paul becoming stars in their chosen formulas.

Could 2007 be the year that another Anscombe takes his place on the podium?

Sam Anscombe, son of 1300 Stock Car star #53 Paul Anscombe, is set to make his oval racing debut in the rookie bangers tonight (Wednesday June 27th) at Arlington Stadium.

The Anscombe family and everyone at Cecil's Rent A Rookie would like to wish Paul a belated happy birthday and good luck for tonight.
